Real Estate - Eastern/Western Region(s) (Potential Project Value $3.5B)

Manhattan Global Investments targets undervalued assets and enhances performance through capital improvements, changes of use, strategic lease-up campaigns, and Green/sustainability programs. Their investment strategies mitigate risks and maximize value for investors by capitalizing on market dislocation and generating superior risk-adjusted returns. MGI’s broad experience in acquisition, construction management, asset and property management, and disposition helps drive efficiencies throughout the investment lifecycle.

 

One of the recent projects of our general partnership on the east coast is the redevelopment of a former industrial site into a mixed-use complex that includes residential, retail, office, and recreational spaces. The project aims to revitalize the neighborhood and create a vibrant community that attracts diverse tenants and visitors. The project also incorporates ESG, green/sustainability features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient appliances, and green roofs. The project is expected to generate a high return on investment for the company and its investors, as well as positive social and environmental impacts for the surrounding area.
